The "coffee-table CD" is SOLD OUT. It'll be back at some point, but not for a handful of years. Check out a friend's copy if you can. It consists of a 144-page hardcover book and two CDs, which feature 20 songs by songwriters from across Canada (including Corin himself), stories about where the songs were found, who the artists are, the words and chords to every song, and 57 pictures. Basically, liner note heaven. The recording and studio production work was paid for with Canadian Tire money (which The Rogue Music Lab has always accepted at par), sent to Corin from all over the country. The first 50 pages of the book share highlights from the "The Great Canadian Tire Money Caper."
The Globe & Mail calls Paper Nickels "A live album that couldn’t be more 'Made in Canada' if it was scented with maple syrup, shipped by beavers and came with thimbles of Stompin’ Tom Connors’ blood."
